About the Role




  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our growing team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a solid background in airline and travel sales, and a proven ability to build and maintain profitable relationships with corporate clients.

  • This role requires a professional who is goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to deliver tailored travel solutions that meet corporate clients’ needs.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Research, source information on prospective corporate clients to determine their potential.

  • Develop effective proposals for current and prospective corporate clients.

  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective corporate clients in order to optimize revenue from existing corporate clients and generate new business for the organization.

  • Provide market intelligence reports, including competitor information, to identify threats and opportunities so

  • Track sales statistics and reports of clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel and airline sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and other key partners.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.



Requirements




  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel, Tourism, or a related field.

  • Professional certification in Airline and IATA (International Air Transport Association) is mandatory.

  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience in sales within the airline and travel industry is compulsory.

  • Strong understanding of airline distribution channels, ticketing, and fare structures.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly power point and excel.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have concluded National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
